Nickelodeon’s “That Girl Lay Lay,” streams on Netflix starting January 21.  Guest-starring Billy as Funky Old Joe in Episode 8 (“That Dude Dylan”).  Produced by comedian David A. Arnold and John D. Beck & Ron Hart (“Side Hustle”, “Liv and Maddie”).  Starring that girl Lay Lay, Gabreille Nevaeh Green, Caleb Brown, Thomas Hobson, and Peyton Perrinne III.  Guest-starring Young Dylan (from Tyler Perry’s “Young Dylan.”) And directed by Kim Fields (“Facts of Life,” “Living Single”) who last worked with Billy on Martin Lawrence’s “Martin.”
